This cuvée is a selection of parcels located in the heart of the Saint-Véran appellation, around Davayé, near the Roches de Solutré and Vergisson. These chalky Jurassic-era soils are perfect for encouraging the expression of Chardonnay. A rich and ripe Saint-Véran, imbued with vivacity. Its great character and beautiful typicity are universally acclaimed.
