Cusumano Winery is spearheaded by two brothers whose value of artistic excellence and passion for meticulous detail, have driven them to create a bright explosion of modern, innovative and dynamic wines. The two brothers run the operations closely with their father, Francesco Cusumano, and craft the wines with expert winemaker Mario Ronco. Shamaris recalls the sea, that nearby sea that you breathe when the north wind blows. Shamaris is a territorial wine made with 100% of Grillo grapes, indigenous varietal of Sicily, from the hills of Tenuta Monte Pietroso, Monreale, on sandy soils at over 1,312 ft above the sea level.
