Cristom Mt. Jefferson Cuvée Pinot Noir 2022 is the flagship Pinot Noir from Cristom Vineyards, showcasing the distinctive character of Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills. The 2022 is composed of 73% fruit from Cristom’s five biodynamically and organically farmed estate vineyards, complemented by fruit from other benchmark sites throughout the appellation. Hand-harvested and crafted using Cristom’s signature whole-cluster and native yeast fermentation, the wine was made with 52% whole clusters and aged for 10 months in French oak, 22% new. Fresh and beautifully balanced, it offers layers of wild raspberry, strawberry and tart red fruit accented by floral notes, savory herbs, spice and earthy minerality. Elegant yet structured, with vibrant acidity and a long, spicy finish, Mt. Jefferson Cuvée captures the classic freshness, complexity and sense of place that have made Cristom one of Oregon’s most respected Pinot Noir producers.
