Cream of Kentucky Small Batch combines a historic bourbon name with the expertise of Jim Rutledge, the legendary former Four Roses Master Distiller who revived Cream of Kentucky for the modern era. Originally introduced in 1888, Cream of Kentucky became one of America’s prominent bourbon brands after Prohibition and was famously advertised with artwork by Norman Rockwell. This Small Batch release was distilled under Rutledge’s tutelage using a 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley mash bill and bottled at a flavorful 100 proof. The result delivers the brand’s signature “Double-Rich” profile with honeyed fruit, orange blossom, crème brûlée, banana, apple and soft oak. It also earned an impressive Platinum Medal from the Beverage Testing Institute in 2025—a modern revival with genuine bourbon history and the fingerprints of one of Kentucky whiskey’s most respected Master Distillers.
