Coming from a level 3 char American White oak barrel. - Virginia Distilling Co: Lovingston, VA - Single Malt: 100% Malted Spring Barley aged for 5 years and 7 months coming from a Pedro Ximenez American oak Butt. Single malt: 100% Malted Spring Barley aged for 5 years and 11 months coming from a STR (shaved, toasted & re-charred) American oak wine cask. - J. Carver Distillery: Waconia, MN - 53 gallon cask of Minnesota White Oak, with a mash consisting of 70% Wheat, 20% Corn, and 10% Malted Barley, in cask for 8 years 9 months.
