1 PM: Craig Beam — Jackson Purchase Distillery
Master Distiller Craig Beam kicks things off with a preview of The Wine & Cheese Place’s newly selected Jackson Purchase Single Barrel—the first Jackson Purchase Single Barrel in Missouri! Craig will also pour two additional bourbons from the Jackson Purchase lineup.
2 PM: Alex Castle — Augusta Distillery
Master Distiller Alex Castle joins us to taste through our recently selected Wine & Cheese Place single barrels, along with other whiskeys from Augusta Distillery. Taste our newest barrel picks alongside the person who made them.
4–6:30 PM: Fall Festival
The full festival begins at 4 PM with beer, wine, whiskey, spirits, and cheese.
Beer highlights include 2nd Shift Brewing, non-alcoholic brews from Best Day Brewing, plus local and German Festbiers and Pumpkin Brews.
Whiskey Dave will welcome fall with a tasting of smoky, peated Scotch whiskies.
Aaron’s Wine & Cheese Lineup
Aaron and Pinnacle Imports will pour Champagne Bollinger, Domaine Faiveley, Francisco Barona, and Bedrock Wine Co., paired with a selection of Aaron’s favorite cheeses.
