M. Chapoutier, a renowned winery in the Rhône Valley, is celebrated for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture and producing wines that express the true character of their terroir. The 'Belleruche' Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a blend primarily composed of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier, typical of the region's white wines. This vintage showcases the bright and fresh characteristics of the growing season, with a focus on preserving the natural acidity and fruit purity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to maintain its vibrant fruit profile, featuring notes of citrus, white peach, and floral aromas. On the palate, it offers a crisp acidity balanced by a smooth texture, making it an excellent pairing with seafood dishes, light salads, and soft cheeses. The Cotes du Rhone region is known for its diverse soils and microclimates, which contribute to the complexity and elegance of this wine.

A very attractive and typical white Rhone with aromas of white flowers, fresh lemons, white peaches and some fresh garden herbs. Very clean and bright, although it has modest acidity on the medium-bodied palate. Very animating finish that pulls you back for more. A cuvee based on clairette and grenache blanc. Mostly from the right bank of the Rhone with limestone soils.
