Originating from the blending of four terroirs, this Pouilly Fumé represent the heart of our
production. A typical Pouilly Fumé, combining fruity and fresh notes, with a supple mouthfeel and good length. It will accompany you throught your meal, equally perfect as an aperitif or paired with a fish in sauce, white meat or cheese.
The initial aroma reveals slightly toasted notes. As it open up, it develops aromas
of peach, nectarine, and pear. With further aeration, the bouquet evolves into fresh citrus notes : blood orange, bergamot, and lemon. Hints of hazelnuts on a mineral background complete the aromatic profile.
The attack is fresh. Initially, the palate offers generous notes of yellow fruit mousse, transitioning into more precise flavors of lemon zest. Good length with a lingering finish of toasted hazelnut.
