Typical very aromatic notes of cold climate Sauvignon (grapefruit, redcurrant, cassis) are expressed and complemented by notes reminiscent of fresh fruit (apple, peach pulp). On the backside, interesting terpene family scents appear: black tea leaves, mint leaves and anise accompanied by citrus fruits such as lemon and orange peel. The 2025 vintage gives us a slightly fresher profile. As the wine spreads across the palate, it becomes full-bodied and shows good weight and excellent persistence. A soft but long acidity defines the balance of the wine. The flavors match the aromas and are enveloped around the acidic base.
