Casamigos Tequila Reposado is crafted at the Productos Finos de Agave distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, under NOM 1416. This tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, which is grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Jalisco Highlands. The agave is slow-cooked for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens and then fermented for 80 hours. The Reposado is aged for 7 months in American white oak barrels, which previously held premium whiskey, imparting a smooth and refined flavor profile. It has an ABV of 40% and is known for its rich caramel and cocoa notes, with hints of dried fruits and spice.
