Casamigos Tequila Anejo is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at the NOM 1416 distillery. This tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, which is slow-cooked for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens. The fermentation process is extended to 80 hours, allowing for a rich and complex flavor profile. Aged for 14 months in American white oak barrels, Casamigos Anejo offers a smooth and refined taste with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. It has an ABV of 40% and is known for its silky texture and long-lasting finish.
