The Cantina Girlan was founded in 1923 in a historic farm from the 16th century. Founded in the 19th century. At that time, 24 winegrowers laid the foundation stone for our current company. Behind traditional walls and in the extensive cellar corridors, modern cellar technology is concealed and optimal storage conditions for our wines. Today there are around 200 winegrowing families who cultivate about 230 hectares wine-growing area in the best locations of the Oltradige and Unterland, with a lot of commitment and motivation. Cellar master Gerhard Kofler maintains close and personal contact with the winegrowers and advises them throughout the growing season.
