Tequila meets the dinner table in a whole new way.
Join us at The Kitchen Conservatory for a special evening featuring Cambio Tequila, as Chef Jeff Friesen creates a multi-course menu designed to showcase the remarkable versatility of these wine-barrel-aged tequilas.
And yes—the Cajeta Ice Cream with Brown Butter Popcorn is making an encore appearance. If you know, you know.
What Makes Cambio Different?
Cambio stands apart in the tequila world because its aged expressions are matured exclusively in wine barrels, rather than the ex-bourbon barrels traditionally used for most barrel-aged tequilas.
That unconventional approach brings distinctive texture, complexity, and wine-influenced character to the spirits, making Cambio especially exciting alongside food.
Andrea Hanson, Cambio National Sales Representative and tequila expert, will join us for the evening to share the story behind this innovative producer and offer insight into the tequilas, barrels, and flavors in your glass.
We’ll begin with a tasting of Cambio Cellar Series Blanco #9 before moving into the evening’s food and cocktail pairings. Along the way, we’ll also taste several Cambio expressions neat to experience how they evolve from glass to plate.
