Brix City / Conclave Cosmic Harmony Hazy IPA, a collaborative New England-style IPA brewed to showcase some of the Southern Hemisphere's most expressive hop varieties. Pouring with the signature hazy appearance and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, this 6% ABV IPA is generously dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Krush, and Nectaron. Vibrant aromas of white grape, passion fruit, ripe peach, pineapple, and tropical citrus, layered with subtle notes of gooseberry and stone fruit. A smooth, low-bitterness profile and juicy finish make Cosmic Harmony an exceptionally approachable yet intensely aromatic hazy IPA that beautifully balances drinkability with modern hop character.
