Bere Aran is a Basque natural cider, a traditional hard cider made in the Basque Country of Spain. It is produced by the Bereziartua family, who have been making cider for four generations, using traditional methods with over 60 native apple varieties and no added sugar or carbonation. This "still" cider is known for being dry, tart, and complex, with notes of fresh apple, and is often enjoyed as an aperitif or with savory foods like pork and cheese.
