The traditional Sur Lie technique softens the edges, builds mid-palate weight, and weaves notes of brioche, toasted nuts and savoury grains through the vibrant fruit core. Citrus, passionfruit and guava lift the nose; the finish is long, elegant and refreshingly textural.
