La Rousse Cabernet Sauvignon 2025

. Original price: . Final price: $14.99

The La Rousse Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Gard area of the Languedoc in the South
of France. Grown primarily in an area with  clay and sandy soils, the clay soils contribute to the rich fruit flavors in the wine, while sandier soils tend to produce wines with softer tannins. In addition, thanks to the warm arid climate, the La Rousse Cabernet Sauvignon has a more
“fruit forward” character than you might have from the same grape grown in Bordeaux.

The La Rousse Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented and aged exclusively in concrete
tanks. The juice undergoes thermovinification creating a very approachable and easy-drinking wine. This wine sees no oak aging.

The wine is approachable and easy-drinking, full of dark plum and black cherry fruit notes. The La Rousse Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal for grilled red meats and hard cheeses.
