A very famous locality, its quality was recognized from the fifteenth century. It is the first terroir in Alsace to be classified as a Grand Cru by the decree of 1975. From 1928 onwards, the winegrowers of Kaysersberg and Kientzheim had recorded all the natural production constraints of this cru in a written agreement, unanimously respected, which has since been enshrined in the decrees of recognition of the grands crus.

How can you resist the delicacy and finesse of this super-elegant dry riesling? So light on its feet, in spite of the major stony minerality that reaches every nook and cranny of your palate. So pristine and straight in the crystaline finish that doesn’t want to stop. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
