Tasting Notes: Château Carbonneau is located east of the Gironde, between the communes of Pessac-sur-Dordogne and Gensac. Its Life of Carbonneau cuvée is a traditional method sparkling wine combining Sémillon (90%) and Sauvignon (10%). The first fermentation was carried out at low temperature (16°C), while the second fermentation was performed in the bottle for 10 months. The result is a brut sparkling wine offering aromas of lemon, apricot, apple, and bread. A pleasant acidity on the palate completes the tasting. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif.
