Dominus Estate, located in the heart of Napa Valley, is renowned for its Bordeaux-style wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. The Napanook wine is a blend primarily composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Petit Verdot adding complexity and depth. The grapes are sourced from the historic Napanook Vineyard, which benefits from the valley's warm climate and well-drained soils. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is aged in French oak barrels, imparting subtle vanilla and spice notes. On the palate, it offers a rich tapestry of dark fruit flavors, balanced by firm tannins and a vibrant acidity. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
