This blends 30% grenache blanc, 30% clairette, 30% roussane, 5% bourboulenc, 5% piquepoul from vines averaging 50 years, and across a blend of the 4 main soil types of the AOC (sand, clay, limestone, and galets). Pouring a shining deep yellow, this leads with fragrant white peach, perfumed orchard blossoms, ripe pear, and cool quince which roll along the full palate, kept nimble and fresh by terroir and sensitive handling. Very harmonious, drinking well now in youth and certainly with time ahead.

A wonderfully vibrant and refreshing white Chateauneuf. Medium-bodied with excellent concentration of stone fruit and lemon blossom aromas that the racy acidity illuminates like a shaft of light. Very long, stony and salty finish. A cuvee of grenache blanc, roussanne, clairette and small amounts of bourboulenc and piquepoul fermented in stainless steel, then matured in concrete tanks. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification
