Bertani is a renowned winery located in the Veneto region of Italy, known for its traditional approach to winemaking and its dedication to producing high-quality wines. The Bertani Amarone is crafted from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, which are indigenous to the region. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a unique appassimento process, where they are dried on straw mats to concentrate their flavors before fermentation. This wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels, which impart subtle oak nuances while preserving the wine's natural fruit character. The resulting Amarone is rich and full-bodied, with a complex flavor profile featuring notes of dried cherries, plums, and a hint of spice. Its velvety tannins and balanced acidity make it an excellent pairing with hearty dishes such as braised meats, aged cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.

A vivid ruby color with a garnet tinge and super-restrained nose of licorice, oak bark, smoke, wood, cigar box, leather, dark chocolate, smashed violets and prunes. It has a fresh subtleness. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate due to ripe, filigreed tannins with long acidity and a toasty, savory aftertaste. One of the greatest Amarone. Corvina and Rondinella.
