The 2021 Clos Haut-Peyraguey has a refined bouquet with dried honey, white flowers and light praline scents that open nicely in the glass. The palate is well-balanced with a tangy entry and fine acidity, honeyed in texture with orange pith, peach and quince toward the finish. This is delightful and pretty.
