Ardnamurchan AD/ Paul Launois is one of the distillery's most distinctive limited releases, pairing Highland single malt with casks from the boutique Champagne house Paul Launois of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Instead of using traditional wine casks, Ardnamurchan finishes the whisky in 195-liter Champagne barriques, adding mineral, citrus, and brioche-like complexity while preserving the distillery's signature waxy, coastal character.
