Widow Jane The Vaults 15 Year Bourbon — 2025 Edition, Batch 1
This is a particularly interesting edition of The Vaults. The 2025 release is a blend of straight bourbons aged a minimum of 15 years, sourced from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, then given a secondary maturation in an unusual Greek “Mythological Oak” sourced from forests surrounding Amfilochia, Greece. The oak was air-seasoned for 1–2 years and is said to contribute notes of wild honey, mountain sage and dried fig. It is bottled at 99 proof (49.5% ABV) and proofed with limestone water from New York's Rosendale Mines. Production was limited to 15,672 bottles,

A mature, oak-driven bourbon with dark berries, brown sugar, vanilla cream and aged oak, layered with the distinctive finishing-cask character of honey, dried fig, baking spice and herbal notes, finishing dry and long with leather, toasted oak and lingering spice.
