Legent Bourbon is a unique collaboration between two whiskey legends: Fred Noe, Master Distiller of Jim Beam, and Shinji Fukuyo, Chief Blender of Suntory. This bourbon is distilled in Kentucky and features a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in new charred oak barrels. The whiskey is then partially finished in wine and sherry casks, which adds layers of complexity and depth. With an ABV of 47%, Legent Bourbon offers a rich and balanced flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, spice, and a hint of smoke.
