Prima Rosa Mexican Gin

Our artisanal gin is a tribute to Mexico, celebrated with a blend of freshly harvested regional botanicals commonly used in traditional Mexican culinary mixes. Prima Rosa is crafted with wild lavender, rosemary, and freshly harvested sage from Valle de Guadalupe, hoja santa from Oaxaca, Yucatecan lemon peel, roses, epazote, and ginger from Ensenada, combined in a classic base of juniper berries and coriander seeds. Description: 100% maize distilled 5 times ALC. VOL.: 40% Tasting Notes: primary herbaceous notes of rosemary, sage, and epazote, softened with floral character of lavender and roses, complemented with a subtle flavor of hoja santa, ginger, and Yucatecan lemon.
