Kilchoman ImpEx Cask Evolution 01/2026 10 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Single Cask is an extremely limited Islay Single Malt selected for U.S. importer ImpEx Beverages. Distilled at Kilchoman on May 13, 2015, this whisky spent 10 years maturing in an Oloroso Sherry cask before being bottled on February 3, 2026. The rich sherry maturation adds layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and baking spice to Kilchoman's signature maritime peat smoke and citrus character. Cask #15/288 was bottled at a natural-strength 56.7% ABV (113.4 proof), without chill filtration or added coloring. Part of the limited ImpEx Cask Evolution series, this is a rare opportunity to experience mature, heavily sherry-influenced Kilchoman in its pure single-cask form.
