An exceptionally limited single-cask Jamaican rum from the famed Clarendon Distillery, distilled in 2007 and bottled after 13 years at a massive 65.8% natural cask strength. Cask BR21-03 carries the MMV mark and delivers classic high-impact Jamaican character, with intense pineapple, green apple, tropical fruit and funky esters joined by vanilla, herbs, oak and a distinctly dry, powerful finish. Bottled as part of Blackadder’s Raw Cask series—with minimal filtration and even traces of natural cask sediment remaining in the bottle—just 232 bottles were produced. A serious, old-school Jamaican rum for collectors and lovers of full-strength funk.
