Oloroso sherry casks bring depth and richness to this distinctive island single malt. Matured near the coastal village of Ardhasaig, The Hearach develops aromas of orange peel, cinnamon, clove, fresh herbs, and creamy white chocolate. The palate unfolds with walnut, gentle wood smoke, dried thyme, and roasted orange, followed by vanilla and warming spice. A lingering finish of leather and licorice completes a layered whisky that combines the character of Harris with the influence of Spanish oak and sherry. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water.
