Pipeworks Infinite Galaxy IPA
Infinite Galaxy from Chicago’s Pipeworks Brewing Co. is an American IPA built entirely around Galaxy hops, showcasing the Australian variety’s intensely aromatic tropical character. Expect passion fruit, pineapple, ripe peach and citrus, backed by floral, earthy and lightly resinous notes, with a dry, pleasantly bitter finish. The current release is listed at 6.5% ABV—some older sources still show the original 7.3% formulation—and it remains a true 100% Galaxy-hop showcase
