A classic Cotes de Provence rose: dry, crisp and refreshing, full of fruit and ideal for anytime. Traditional growing methods are given priority and include ploughing to ventilate the soil and using organic farming rather than chemicals and artificial processes.

This cuvée is made from a blend of grapes from the terroirs of Vion, Saint Jean de Muzols, Mauves and Tournon. Average production of Delas: 20,000 bottles (75 cl) per year. Grape variety: 100% Syrah.

New negociant cuvee from Prevost. Made in the same spirit as his other cuvees. The only difference from Les Beguines (other than the lieu-dit) is that the grapes are purchased. The domaine works in close consultation with the vigneron and makes decisions about harvest date and selections.

An elegant, full-bodied wine of deep color with aromas and flavors of black currants and other black and red berries as well as the tannic structure to age well. It will develop for 15 to 20 years in the bottle. Serve with sophisticated dishes such as game and sauced meats.
