Recently taken over by the son, the 2025 Bourgogne Blanc has a medium to light gold hue as well as solid aromatics of crushed citrus and stone fruits intermixed with chalky minerality and white flower notes. It's balanced and medium-bodied on the palate, with ample mid-palate volume and density, clean acidity, and a great finish. It's impeccably made and well worth your time and money. Drink 2026-2031.
