By legendary Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca...distilled from 100% estate-grown Pinto Blue Weber agave, this specific release is revered for its unique "huerta singular" (single-field) terroir and prolonged, rested complexity. Agave harvested from a single named orchard, La Tuna de Arriba, situated at an extreme altitude of over 6,700 feet in the Los Altos region. Cooked in low-pressure autoclaves and distilled in copper pot stills. Instead of being bottled immediately, the spirit was rested for 5 years in stainless steel tanks.
