The Blend - a Collaboration Toppling Goliath
Blend of Bourbon Barrel Aged Stouts
Brewed in early 2022, we combined a Side Project stout recipe with a Toppling Goliath recipe to create something new, then aged it in bourbon & rye barrels for over 2 years.
The Blend:
• 65% of our new collab recipe, aged 3+ years in Willett Bourbon & Rye barrels
• 24% Vibes, aged in Willett Bourbon & 7-year MGP barrels
• 11% O.W.K., aged in a Willett 5-year Bourbon barrel
The final blend didn't need anything and we blended it to be expressed without any adjuncts to allow everything to shine as we enjoyed it on our blending table.
