Known in Germany as Andechser Spezial Hell, this is the classic Festbier served at the Andechs monastery's Bräustüberl. Brilliant golden in color, it offers a full, rounded malt character with gentle sweetness, fresh bread and soft grain, balanced by subtle hop bitterness and a clean, smooth finish. At 5.9% ABV, it's richer than a standard Helles while remaining crisp and exceptionally drinkable—a traditional Bavarian festival lager made for the fall beer season.
