A golden-blond Belgian tripel with an ABV around 9%, made by Het Anker. It is refermented in the bottle, giving it a rich, full body and a creamy, large head. Aromas include banana, citrus, and mint, with a spicy-yeasty backbone, while the taste balances sweetness and gentle bitterness. Despite its strength, it remains refreshingly drinkable, thanks to its balanced hopping and clean finish.
