This charmer called “Williamson” is from a South Shore Islay distillery whose name we can not divulge. The spirit was named after Bessie Williamson, Distillery Manager and Owner from 1954 to 1972. A wonderful way to honor women in whisky! The style of this cask is true to the distillery but far fruitier than the distillery normally bottles.
