A Perennial on Lockwood Collaboration Saison
Once J’Adore, a wine barrel-fermented Missouri Saison with honey and apricots, our Perennial Lockwood Collaboration, was blended, we moved a portion to a Missouri Oak Foedre. We added Meadowfoam Honey and Apricots and allowed it to referment before being bottled and shared with you. ABV: 7%
Meadowfoam honey is a rare, highly coveted honey native to the Pacific Northwest.
