Brunch isn’t just a meal—it’s a state of mind. Technically, it lives somewhere between breakfast and lunch, but in spirit, brunch is whenever the mood strikes. It’s not tied to white tablecloths or café patios either. Mimosa Saison and wings at a dive bar? That’s brunch. A backyard bbq with friends and a cooler full of Mimosa Saison? Definitely brunch. This French oak cask-aged blood orange Mimosa Saison makes it easy to bring that carefree brunch energy anywhere. Bright blood orange meets the lively character of a Belgian-style saison, creating a bubbly, citrus-kissed celebration in a glass. Wherever you raise it—noon, midnight, or somewhere deliciously in-between—it’s brunch.
Weldwerks Twisted Bines West Coast IPA pours a clear golden hue, showcasing its classic style. The aroma is vibrant with notes of pine and citrus, typical of the West Coast IPA profile. On the palate, expect a crisp bitterness balanced by flavors of grapefruit and resinous hops. The finish is dry and refreshing, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a hoppy, clean beer experience.
Haze Drop: Sultana Krush IPA is a precision-built hazy IPA that leans hard into saturated hop expression. Built on a high-protein grist of malted barley, wheat, and oats for a pillowy mouthfeel, this release showcases a focused hop bill featuring Sultana (Denali) and Krush—delivered through layered late-kettle additions and aggressive dry hopping. Expect a terpene-rich profile of pineapple, candied orange, and ripe berry from Sultana, complemented by Krush’s punchy tropical notes—think mango nectar, guava, and citrus oils. Fermented with a low-flocculating English-style yeast to enhance haze stability and biotransformation, it finishes with restrained bitterness and a rounded, juicy body.
Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.
Velocity of Light is a bold, hop-saturated IPA that showcases Pipeworks’ signature balance of intensity and drinkability. Pouring with a hazy golden hue and a dense, aromatic head, it delivers a burst of citrus peel, tropical fruit, and subtle pine driven by a modern American hop bill. Built on a clean malt backbone that keeps the focus on hop expression, offering enough body to carry its flavors without weighing it down. Expect layers of grapefruit zest, mango, and resin with a crisp, slightly bitter finish that keeps you coming back. It’s a high-energy, flavor-forward IPA that lives up to its name—fast, bright, and impossible to ignore.
