Bastille 1789 Hand-Crafted Blended Whisky is a uniquely French whisky that blends malted barley and wheat, distilled in the Cognac region and matured for 5–7 years in a combination of French Limousin oak, cherry wood, and acacia casks. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers vibrant aromas of orange marmalade, dried apricot, honey, and baking spice, followed by a smooth palate of vanilla, toasted almonds, orchard fruit, gentle smoke, and peppery oak. Toasted French Oak, Level 3
Dewar’s Double Double 21 Year Old Stone Toasted Magma French Oak (Level 3) is the latest masterstroke of innovation and craft in the Double Double collection. Crafted with the unique Dewar’s four-stage ageing process, this expression is aged a minimum of 21 years for impeccable smoothness. However, it is the final step in its creation that imparts its most significant characteristics.
During final finishing, the whisky is placed into French Oak casks that have been slowly toasted with hot Icelandic magma stones, rather than charred. By opening the wood slowly and gradually via toasting, a whole new kind of interaction is allowed to take place as the whisky and wood interact. Through this interaction, lighter, more delicate, more diverse flavors are revealed including notes of cinnamon, cloves, caramel, and baked apples.
Created by six-time Master Blender of the Year Stephanie Macleod, Dewar’s Double Double 21 Year Old Stone Toasted Magma French Oak (Level 3) is a fine example of the melding of finishing expertise and a sense of unfettered exploration and discovery. It is one of five experimental whiskies designed to show the potential and influence of oak in finishing. The other four whiskies in the collection each show the possibilities of the different factors involved, including type of oak (American vs. French), heat source (magma vs. jade), and toasting level
Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Vol. 5 is one of the distillery's most innovative limited releases, showcasing the bold intersection of American rye whiskey and premium tequila barrel finishing. This 104.2 proof (52.1% ABV) expression begins with straight rye whiskey aged up to 7 years, then spends up to 12 months in French oak extra añejo tequila barrels sourced from Patrón before being blended with 11-year-old straight rye to add depth and balance. The result is a remarkably layered whiskey with vibrant rye spice, candied citrus, vanilla, honey, toasted agave, baking spices, and rich oak, finishing with lingering pepper and subtle herbal complexity.
Cask Strength - 15th Edition
117.8 proof
The 15th edition of Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Bourbon arrives in 2026 as a solera-inspired blend that pushes the brand’s signature port-finished profile to new depths. Bottled at a robust 117.8 proof, this limited release is composed of 75–80% in-house distillate, layered with 37% legacy bourbon carried forward from prior batches—featuring 9% from 2023, 20% from 2024, and 8% from 2025—creating a continuous thread of house character and evolution. The blend spans a precise maturation window from just under 7 years to over 12 years, while secondary aging in port casks ranges from 4 months up to an extended 3 years, amplifying richness, red fruit complexity, and oak integration. Under the direction of Owen Martin, the process avoids a traditional solera system in favor of a proprietary holdback method—retaining roughly 20% of each batch to be re-casked and married over time—resulting in a whiskey that is both technically deliberate and dynamically layered, delivering concentrated notes of dark berry compote, toasted sugar, and structured tannin with a long, warming finish.
108 Proof - Three Mashbills
A blend of Bourbon Whiskeys Low Rye and Wheated Bourbons
Pursuit United Double Oak Robusto Reserva Cask – Missouri Exclusive is a limited-release blend showcasing Pursuit Spirits' expertise in whiskey blending and secondary maturation. Bottled at 108 proof, this Missouri-exclusive expression combines three bourbon mash bills, including low-rye and wheated bourbons, before undergoing a second maturation in heavily toasted oak barrels to build additional richness and complexity. The double-oak finishing enhances layers of dark caramel, vanilla bean, milk chocolate, toasted marshmallow, roasted nuts, and baking spices, while the wheated component contributes a smooth, rounded texture balanced by the structure of the low-rye bourbons.
100 Proof

Buzzard's Roost Double Oak Toasted French Oak Bourbon is a 100-proof Kentucky bourbon finished in proprietary toasted French oak, adding layers of richness and complexity beyond traditional double-oaked expressions. The toasted French oak enhances the whiskey with notes of crème brûlée, caramelized sugar, baking spice, roasted nuts, and dark fruit while preserving a balanced, silky mouthfeel. The extended secondary maturation delivers a long finish highlighted by gentle tannins, vanilla, and elegant oak spice, making this an exceptional choice for fans of refined, oak-forward bourbon
