New Wheated Whiskey from Whistlepig

  • Camp Stock Wheat Whiskey
  • Solo Stove Limited Edition
  • Finished in Solo Stove Toasted Barrels
  • 85% Wheat and 15% Rye

WhistlePig CampStock Wheat Whiskey is a limited-edition, precision-finished blend developed with Solo Stove, engineered to highlight controlled thermal influence on oak. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV), the blend combines mature wheat whiskey—providing a low-rye, high-softness profile—with WhistlePig’s grain-to-glass rye (predominantly rye mashbill) to create a dual-grain structure of elevated β-glucan mouthfeel from wheat and high eugenol-driven spice from rye. The finishing regimen utilizes a proprietary Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0 stave protocol, favoring a calibrated medium-plus to heavy toast (as opposed to high char), which thermally degrades hemicellulose into caramelized sugars while preserving lignin breakdown into vanillin and syringaldehyde without excessive carbon filtration. This results in enhanced extraction of vanillin, furfural, and oak lactones, with restrained tannin pickup and minimal phenolic bitterness. The sensory profile shows controlled integration: toasted oak, vanillin, light guaiacol-derived smoke, and subtle confectionary notes layered over a structured rye backbone, finishing with a moderate viscosity, low astringency, and a clean, thermally-influenced oak persistence.

Wattie Boone & Sones 11 year Old Whiskey Ancient Reserve

Historians have long said that Kentucky Bourbon pioneer, Wattie Boone, was likely the first to officially make whiskey in Kentucky, documented as early as 1776, the same year Congress signed the Declaration of Independence. A brave pioneer, Wattie made his way through the Appalachian Mountains’ Cumberland Gap, before arriving in what is today, Nelson County. Enjoy every drop of this whiskey as we take you on Wattie’s journey from Tennessee to his first home in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Wattie Boone & Sones 11 year Old Small Batch Whiskey Ancient Reserve....$119.99
94.7 proof

This special release of Wattie Boone American Whiskey was distilled in Tennessee utilizing a proprietary bourbon mashbill, then aged in a single-story warehouse in the heart of Kentucky’s bourbon empire, along the very river where Wattie distilled his first Kentucky Bourbon. Resting in experimental oak barrels for more than 10 years, each 2-3 barrel batch provides a unique, subtle sweetness with balanced oak and hints of vanilla. Finished at 94.7 proof, this whiskey segues from well-made corn, rye and malted barley, to lingering notes of sweet spices, coupled with a touch of anise and the return of long, drawn-out Madagascar vanilla, resulting in an irresistible combination of a finely distilled whiskey.

A one of a kind Rye - "Sur Lee"

Redemption Sur Lee Rye Whiskey....$49.99
Specialty Series

95% Rye and 5% Barley
94 proof

Redemption Sur Lee Straight Rye Whiskey. Inspired by the French winemaking process known as “Sur Lie”, Redemption Sur Lee uses a groundbreaking whiskey-making technique that has never been done before in the category. To create this first-of-its-kind innovation, we take our award-winning classic pre-Prohibition Rye mash bill and break conventional whiskey-making norms by adding the “whiskey lees” into the barrels and periodically rotating them during the aging process. The result is a deep, complex whiskey with bold, rich taste, a silky finish and a hint of rye spice.

Limited Bond & Lillard Bourbon

Bond & Lillard Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey...$54.99 / 375ml
50% ABV
Batch #2

William F. Bond and Chrstopher C. Lillard partnered to create a golden, delicate style of Kentucky Bourbon -- before prohibition.
Bond and Lillard was highly revered and awarded The Grand Prize at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair
The Bond family had been distilling in Kentucky since 1820, however Bond & Lillard wasn’t born until 1869 when William F. Bond and his brother-in-law, Christopher C. Lillard, formed a partnership. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 100 proof (50% alc./vol.) and charcoal filtered, a process that simulates the aeration process that happens in the barrel, converting more aggressive congeners to esters that end in more elegant top notes. The result is a lighter colored and flavored Bourbon with more floral notes. As the judges at the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair declared, this recipe represents “real delicacy of flavor, beauty in the sparkle and superiority in strength – it bears no equal.”

New Drumshanbo Gin!

The Gunpowder story starts with PJ Rigney, The Curious Mind, who travelled the globe where he ventured to exotic countries from Europe to China to Southeast Asia. In time, those travels brought him to the wild and unspoiled landscape of a small Irish village, called Drumshanbo. In this village, PJ created The Shed Distillery in 2014, where he paired his expertise in oriental traditions of distilling fruit, herbs, and botanicals with a unique distillation process, including medieval copper pot stills that took gin to new heights. The original 12 botanicals from 9 exotic countries are joined by Italian Viola Fig, Laurel, and Tuscan Juniper

More about the Old Carter Bourbon...

This was made for Missouri only!

Jeb Dunnuck recently rated some batches of Old Carter - he rated them all in the high 90s!!

Here is a review of one (not our batch)

A Carter club exclusive, the Bourbon 1-CFB comes from two 11-year-old barrels, with one barrel double-barreled. It hits 123.5 proof and brings a touch more intensity compared to the CA-4 release, with bright citrus and orange as well as toffee, maple, warm spices, and exotic hardwoods. It's beautifully complex aromatically. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, has a deep, layered, building style, nicely checks its alcohol, and offers a gorgeous finish. The CA-4 release is more seductive and understated, where this brings everything up a level. Both are brilliant Bourbons that warrant small sips over an evening as well as a big, three-fingered pour.
