Lagunitas Easy Hazy IPA

Newest Hazy IPA

A juicy, full-flavored spin on our legendary IPA with a hazy twist– it still has that bold hop character but easier, breezier, and definitely way hazier. Packed with flavor, it’s like sipping on a tropical cloud—soft, silky smooth with no bitter finish weighing you down. Super drinkable at just 5.5% ABV, this ain’t your average hazy IPA.

Holy Goat from Scotland

Holy Goat Deglet Nour Date Porter
Deglet Nour Date Porter

Our classic export-strength brown porter is brewed with a carefully selected blend of Simpsons double-roasted crystal, red rye crystal, and amber malts, then conditioned on 150kg of Tunisian Deglet Nour date syrup. Fermentation with kveik yeast enhances the beer with additional dark-fruit character. The interplay of malt, yeast, and fruit creates layered notes of rich, dark fruit, resulting in a porter that is complex yet highly drinkable.

Strange Bird Bewing and Brasserrie Thiriez

Strange Bird / Brasserie Thiriez Bon Entonnement Farmhouse Saison

Collab with Strange Bird Bewing and Brasserrie Thiriez

Bon Entonnement is a Hoppy Farmhouse Saison. It's our collaboration with Brasserie Thiriez. To brew this beer, Eric and Micah traveled to Thiriez in Esquelbecq, France. They brought with them the same Ekuanot hops we use in Pillowhead Dry Hop. The result is a hop forward, yeast driven beer, with notes of white pepper, pear, and passionfruit. ABV: 5.5%

Jester King Collab!

We do not get Jester King anymore in St. Louis, so we are happy to see this collab!

Au Baron Brasserie / Jester King Noblesse Oblige

This collaborative beer is the result of a 2015 partnership between Jester King Brewery in Texas and Brasserie Au Baron.

It pours an old-gold color—barely hazy—topped by a fine, stable white head. The initial nose presents a dance between hops and honey. The hops—likely American varieties—lead with floral notes, followed by hints of exotic fruits and citrus. You really need to bury your nose in the glass right from the start to fully appreciate this aspect. Once the beer opens up, the nose takes on a more fermentative, rustic character, centering on hay and farmhouse notes—very much in line with Brasserie Au Baron’s signature house yeast. Yet the hops hold their ground, creating a fascinating interplay between these distinct aromas.
The mouthfeel on the entry is soft and silky, followed by a surging wave of hops—at once aromatic (echoing the nose) and powerfully bitter.
This herbaceous, fresh, and fruity bitterness unfolds over a bed of malted grains, topped with a delicate drizzle of caramel. This beer successfully plays both sides of the field: offering both a crisp, clean finish and an incisive bitterness.

Recommended Pairings: Octopus ceviche, hummus, *cramique au sucre* (sugar brioche)

Fuerst Wiacek Berliner Landbier Lager Helles

First beer we have seen from this Craft Brewery from Berlin, Germany

Fuerst Wiacek Berliner Landbier Lager Helles
Pours like an autumn sunset. Beautiful, slightly hazy, deep amber. Herbal, lightly spiced aromas with chewy dried apricots, mushy dates and freshly cut grass. Tastes like a bite of fresh peach with some pleasant lingering flavors of fresh bread and wheat. Classic, crisp bitterness with a refreshing dryness and a hauntingly long finish.

What is a "Landbier"?

A Landbier Lager is a traditional, regional German "country beer," characterized as a rustic, unfiltered, and usually dark or amber lager. It is less a strict style and more a marketing term for a locally brewed, sessionable beer (typically 4.5%–5.3% ABV) that is bready, malt-forward, and crisp

Sakiskes Smoked Plum Wee Heavy

Sakiskes Smoked Plum Wee Heavy

10.2% ABV
Historically, Scotch ales have been divided into different strength categories. The strongest, darkest, most caramelised and most expressive ale was known as wee heavy. Our Smoked Plum Wee heavy style is a strong expressive ale that combines both cereal and fruity characteristics.
The wort for this beer was boiled for up to four times the standard boiling time. This allowed us to caramelise the beer extensively and create a wide range of unfermentable dextrins. From the first touch of the glass, you can see the thick texture of this beer, which allows you to anticipate the complexity of aromas and flavours to come. Malt and caramel aromas are intertwined with light smoke and plum fruitiness.
Smoked prunes not only give this beer a deeper flavour but also create a fruity sweetness. The light smoke combines well with a deep maltiness and caramel.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, roasted barley, hops, smoked plums, brewer's yeast.

What is a "Wee Heavy"?

A Wee Heavy (or Scotch Ale) is a strong, malt-forward beer originating from Scotland, typically ranging from 6.5% to 10% ABV. Known for being rich, sweet, and full-bodied, it features deep caramel, toffee, and dried fruit flavors with very low hop bitterness. Often called a "strong Scotch ale,"

FrauGruber’s Japanese Yuzu Lager is a precision-built fusion of Bavarian brewing discipline and bright Japanese citrus expression, delivering a razor-clean, highly drinkable profile with a modern twist. Fermented with a traditional lager yeast at cold temperatures for a crisp, sulfur-free finish, this beer is built on a lean pilsner malt backbone with subtle noble hop bitterness providing structure without overshadowing the star ingredient—real yuzu. The addition of yuzu imparts a vivid aromatic profile of lime zest, mandarin, and grapefruit pith, with a delicate tartness that lifts the palate and enhances refreshment.

Sour Gose Bock - rare style!

Ritterguts Barentoter Sour Gose Bock

Our BÄRENTÖTER is a strong crossover between Gose and Bock.

This harmoniously complex beer is produced using an opulent mixture of six special malts with additions of coriander, orange peel salt, and a touch of cinnamon. A lactic acid fermentation is complemented by saltiness and malt body to create a perfectly balanced beer. On this basis fine fruit and spice aromas can unfold, making this Gose Bock something very special.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, wheat malts, yeast, coriander, salt, orange peel, hops, Ceylon cinnamon

De Ranke Beers are back!

De Ranke Simplex

Despite Simplex being an ale, it has all the characteristics of an old-styled pils. It is a blond, unfiltered, unpasteurized, hoppy and bitter beer that remains low in alcohol. Resulting in a straw blonde, highly drinkable beer with plenty of flavor and character.
Taste: Refreshing, light and with a firm bitterness

De Ranke Cuvee de Ranke

Cuvée De Ranke is a somewhat sour, somewhat hoppy beer based, on an old style that has recently become more popular among craft brewers in Belgium and throughout the world. Until now, many modern brewers were afraid to combine sour and bitter in the same flavor profile, but years ago this was a most popular and refreshing union.

The Cuvée De Ranke is roughly a 70/30 blend of a beer brewed with top fermenting Rodenbach yeast and aged Giardin lambic. According to the Belgian government, this beer could actually be called “lambic”, and, although it isn’t an extremely sour beer, it actually contains about 5 times as much authentic lambic as some of the more popular products that call themselves “lambics”. But unlike the makers of artificially-flavored, heavily sweetened, commercial concoctions, Nino and Guido simply have too much respect for authentic lambic producers to use the term for their Cuvée.

Instead, Cuvée De Ranke stands on its own for what it is: an elegant yet rustic, well-balanced, traditionally styled beer.
