Fat Orange Cat No Spring Kitten Wheat Ale (5.0% ABV) is a clean take on an American-style wheat ale, built on a high percentage of malted wheat for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and natural haze. Fermented with a neutral ale yeast to keep esters restrained, the beer highlights subtle citrus and light stone fruit aromatics layered over a crisp grain backbone. A restrained hopping regimen provides gentle bitterness and balance without overshadowing the delicate wheat character, while a smooth, moderately dry finish keeps the profile refreshing and highly drinkable. Bright, approachable, and finely tuned, it’s a polished expression of a modern wheat ale designed for easy repeatability without sacrificing structure.

Sierra Nevada Summerfest is a refreshing lager brewed by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. It is crafted with a blend of premium malts and a unique hop profile that gives it a crisp and clean finish. The beer is brewed in Chico, California, and features an ABV of 5.0%. Summerfest is known for its light body and subtle hop character, making it an ideal choice for warm weather enjoyment.

A great local Summer Beer!

To make a lager (from the German, meaning “to store”), we use a yeast that ferments the beer more slowly and at a lower temperature. It is then stored for several weeks, resulting in a beer that is exceptionally smooth. “Helles” translates from the German word for “light” (a quality reminiscent of European lagers), and our combination of malts, barley, and hops—specifically the German Noble Mittelfrüh hop—creates a bright, golden beer that imparts fresh grain characters and a spicy, lemony flavor.

It delivers a crisp body with subtle grain sweetness and a soft, dry finish. A restrained hopping approach keeps bitterness low, allowing bright, citrus-leaning notes and a touch of herbal character to shine through.
