2025 Theodore Rex Celebration Final Blend Release
Penelope / TWCP Project X Cherrywood Bourbon is an exceptionally rare single-barrel release. Selected as a TWCP Rare Single Barrel, Barrel #2558-1 was uniquely finished in French Cherrywood from Jura, France, imparting nuanced layers of dark cherry, baking spice, toasted oak, and subtle floral complexity. Bottled at 112 proof, the elevated proof preserves the whiskey’s full texture and concentration while allowing the exotic wood influence to shine through. Most notably, this marks the first Cherrywood-finished Penelope X bourbon ever released in the state of Missouri, making it a one-of-a-kind expression that may never be replicated.
Made to honor the innovative spirit of Elijah Craig, this twice-barreled expression takes our award-winning Small Batch Bourbon to new heights. After it’s fully matured, we finish it in a second, custom toasted barrel, where it picks up an added layer of sweet oak complexity.

For over a quarter of a century, the famous Ardbeg Committee has been enjoying and swearing by its flagship: Ardbeg Ten Years Old. Now the legendary whisky is available for the first time as Cask Strength – bottled at cask strength, and everyone is talking about it. Probably the most talked about bottling of recent years appears at your passionate request. Straight from American ex-bourbon casks, the legendary peaty paradox of the Ardbeg Ten is particularly pronounced: strong aromas of smoke and sea breeze merge into a wonderful, natural sweetness. Not chill-filtered and coloured, bottled with 61.7% alcohol by volume.

On the palate, expect a balanced blend of caramel sweetness and spicy undertones, leading to a warm, lingering finish. Ideal for sipping neat or as a refined addition to classic rum cocktails.

Limited Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon
250th Anniversary of America!
117.76 proof "1776"
We have assorted barrels - all just a touch over 7 Years old
Evan Williams Single Barrel America 250 Commemorative Edition is a limited, Master Distiller–selected single barrel release where only 250 barrels were chosen and bottled at exactly 117.76 proof (58.88% ABV)—a direct symbolic nod to 1776 and the founding of the United States.
This limited Evan Williams Single Barrel America 250 Commemorative Edition is a high-proof, vintage-dated release drawn from just 250 hand-selected barrels by the Master Distiller and bottled at 117.76 proof—a deliberate tribute to 1776 and the birth of the United States. Unblended and barrel-specific, it delivers a more concentrated take on Heaven Hill’s traditional profile, with deeper extraction from charred American oak driving notes of caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, and layered sweetness. The elevated proof amplifies structure and intensity, giving it a fuller body and longer finish than standard Evan Williams Single Barrel, while the commemorative packaging and one-barrel-at-a-time selection make it both a collectible and a more robust, cask-strength-adjacent expression of the brand.
