J'Adore - a Perennial on Lockwood Collaboration Saison J' Adore, a wine barrel fermented Missouri saison, as blended with our great friend Chris Kinast of Perennial Lockwood. We opened up our barrel room, pulled nails, and came up with a blend of Missouri Saisons which had rested in Oregon Pinot Noir Puncheons for more than a year before being blended, bottled and shared with you. ABV: 7%

J'Adore MIEL - a Perennial on Lockwood Collaboration Saison Once J’Adore, a wine barrel-fermented Missouri Saison with honey and apricots, our Perennial Lockwood Collaboration, was blended, we moved a portion to a Missouri Oak Foedre. We added Meadowfoam Honey and Apricots and allowed it to referment before being bottled and shared with you. ABV: 7%

Meadowfoam honey is a rare, highly coveted honey native to the Pacific Northwest.

Side Project Gin la Table...$19.99 / 375ml

Saison à la Table is our Table Saison, brewed to be low ABV, but with our use of oak and the richness from our native culture, it has a refined, complex, and deep palate. To finish this beer, we sourced Cucumber Gin barrels for their aromatics and summer-like essence, resting the beer in barrels for 6 months before bottling in November and allowing it additional time to develop before release. ABV: 3%

Side Project Bramble Wild Ale...$24.99 / 375ml

Wild Ale Bramble is our newest fruited Missouri Wild Ale. For this beer we used a blend of Oregon red and black raspberries, the Fuzzy base beer (higher acid blonde), and let everything sit and referment. At maturation, we packaged this beautiful beer and have let it rest in bottles for almost a year. ABV: 6%

A very rare style - we do not see many Altbiers!

The 4th and final (for now) in our German/British style Staff Art Series! This one was hand painted by our very own, very talented Joe Alhoff! This ALTBIER - a German style ale - is one of Joe’s favorite styles and he absolutely delivered on the label art here! This ale is clean & smooth, slightly bitter, malty and copper in color. Comes in at 4.4%

What is Altbier?

Altbier is a traditional beer style from Düsseldorf, Germany, whose name means "old beer," referring to the pre-lager brewing method that uses top-fermenting ale yeast. Often described as a hybrid-style beer, Altbier combines the subtle fruitiness and malt complexity of an ale with the clean, crisp finish of a lager through extended cold conditioning. The style is typically copper to amber in color, moderately bitter, and balanced by flavors of toasted bread, nuts, caramel, and light malt sweetness. With a sessionable 4.3–5.5% ABV and exceptional drinkability, Altbier is known for its balance, restraint, and ability to deliver rich flavor without heaviness

There is no way to accurately depict the beautiful amber color this beer is! This is the third release in our Staff Art Series of German & British inspired brews.
This one was created by Candyce, our Creative Director who typically creates all of our labels since 2021. This is an homage to cask beers she sampled in her recent ‘work trip’ to the UK. And her deep devotion to Live Mas.
It is a dark mild ale; pairs well with a Crunchwrap and despite what the label says (😔) is 3.2%
