"For Forsyth" Double Barrel-Aged Missouri Imperial Stout For Forsyth is our special blend for The Wine and Cheese Place on Forsyth, a location we visit often and the home of many Side Project releases. We thank them for their support through the years and are excited for this special blend to honor their 30th anniversary. For Forsyth is a small blend of only two oak barrels. Started in early 2024, the OWK recipe was racked to Willett 4 year Rye Barrels for 16 months before being finished in Buffalo Trace Barrels for 11 months and then blended and bottled for you.
