250th Anniversary of America!
117.76 proof "1776"
(regular single barrel is 86.6 proof)
We have assorted barrels - all just a touch over 7 Years old
Evan Williams Single Barrel America 250 Commemorative Edition is a limited, Master Distiller–selected single barrel release where only 250 barrels were chosen and bottled at exactly 117.76 proof (58.88% ABV)—a direct symbolic nod to 1776 and the founding of the United States.
This limited Evan Williams Single Barrel America 250 Commemorative Edition is a high-proof, vintage-dated release drawn from just 250 hand-selected barrels by the Master Distiller and bottled at 117.76 proof—a deliberate tribute to 1776 and the birth of the United States. Unblended and barrel-specific, it delivers a more concentrated take on Heaven Hill’s traditional profile, with deeper extraction from charred American oak driving notes of caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, and layered sweetness. The elevated proof amplifies structure and intensity, giving it a fuller body and longer finish than standard Evan Williams Single Barrel, while the commemorative packaging and one-barrel-at-a-time selection make it both a collectible and a more robust, cask-strength-adjacent expression of the brand.
Cask Strength - 15th Edition
117.8 proof
The 15th edition of Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Bourbon arrives in 2026 as a solera-inspired blend that pushes the brand’s signature port-finished profile to new depths. Bottled at a robust 117.8 proof, this limited release is composed of 75–80% in-house distillate, layered with 37% legacy bourbon carried forward from prior batches—featuring 9% from 2023, 20% from 2024, and 8% from 2025—creating a continuous thread of house character and evolution. The blend spans a precise maturation window from just under 7 years to over 12 years, while secondary aging in port casks ranges from 4 months up to an extended 3 years, amplifying richness, red fruit complexity, and oak integration. Under the direction of Owen Martin, the process avoids a traditional solera system in favor of a proprietary holdback method—retaining roughly 20% of each batch to be re-casked and married over time—resulting in a whiskey that is both technically deliberate and dynamically layered, delivering concentrated notes of dark berry compote, toasted sugar, and structured tannin with a long, warming finish.
High Horns is 100% Scotch whisky – distilled, blended, and matured in Scotland. That’s the law, and we don’t mess with it. Once it’s ready, we ship it across the Atlantic and bottle it in the USA. Real Scotch. Imported straight from Scotland. No shortcuts.
High Horns hits with a robust, full-bodied Scotch flavor - rich oak, a touch of spice, and a smooth finish that keeps you coming back. Strong, balanced, and unmistakably Scottish.
High Horns Blended Scotch Whisky from Sazerac Company is a modern, precision-built blend that leans into both traditional Scotch structure and contemporary cask engineering. It combines malt and grain whiskies sourced from multiple Scottish distilleries, with a focus on balance between orchard fruit, light malt sweetness, and subtle smoke. The key differentiator is its barrel treatment: a portion of the blend is finished in heavily toasted and re-charred American oak casks—often referred to as “high horn” barrels due to their deeply flared, heat-intensified heads—which amplifies vanillin extraction, caramelized sugars, and a faintly smoky, spice-driven edge. This secondary maturation adds layers of toffee, baked apple, and soft oak tannin, giving the whisky a richer mid-palate and a more structured finish than typical entry-level blends, while still maintaining an approachable, mixable profile.
