Rough Rider Happy Warrior fills fewer than a couple of hundred cases per batch. This straight bourbon whisky is aged for a minimum of four years prior to additional maturation in French Oak casks from local wineries that have been rinsed with high proof brandy. When ideal flavor and balance are achieved, Happy Warrior is bottled straight from cask at 114 proof.
Tasting Notes: Floral to the nose, with an incredibly smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor. Complex hints of caramel, vanilla and with a wonderful warm finish.
