Vinification & aging: We carry out the same vinification and aging process for all our terroir vintages. Our ambition: to offer the opportunity to experience all the aromatic nuances that the terroir brings to the wines. Thanks to a similar vinification and aging process for all the vintages, it is thus possible to perceive each terroir in its simplest expression.
Wine style: The nose, fine and powerful, slides towards notes of ripe fruit. On the palate, the balance between power and suppleness is accompanied by very beautiful fruity notes. Aging potential: between 10 and 15 years depending on the vintage.
Food and wine pairing: We love this Marsannay “Combereau” with a mushroom risotto, or a pan-fried autumn or winter vegetables.
